Please note: all orders placed after the 24th of December will be shipped in January
- Australian domestic Express Postage is a flat rate of $A10 for orders with no signature required.
- If you require a signature at delivery then a flat rate of $15 per order applies.
- Orders are sent with tracking via either Australia Post or one of our preferred Courier services. You will receive a confirmation email with parcel tracking details once the parcel has been sent.
- A maximum of $A50 insurance is automatically included. Please email us for a quote if extra insurance is required.
- Free store pick-up is available during the checkout process.
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
- International orders (all countries) are sent via Standard Australia Post at a flat rate of $A35.
- Estimated delivery time is 5-14 working days.
- A maximum of $50 Aus insurance is automatically included. Please email for a quote if extra insurance is required.
- For all International orders Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. By placing this order, you may be responsible for accepting these additional costs. If you decline to accept them upon the arrival of your package, you will be responsible for the entire cost of this order and will not receive a refund.
- Orders are dispatched once funds and address details have been confirmed. Please note in some cases this process may take up to 24 hrs.
- Your order will be shipped within 2-4 working days
- We highly recommend that you have your parcel delivered to an address where someone is available to receive it (A business address is good for this reason, but if you are having your parcel sent to work, remember to include your company’s name)
- Occasionally we may run low on supply of popular items and be required to wait on delivery from our supplier. We will contact you via email/telephone in this instance. If we can not supply in an agreeable time frame, we will refund your purchase.
- Pisces do not accept responsibility for your order once it has been placed into the postal system. Please check all your details carefully before placing your order.
- Parcels that are confirmed as delivered on the Australia Post/ Sendle website are deemed as delivered and Pisces accepts no further responsibility.
Pisces offer a PRE-ORDER service for a selection of items allowing customers to pre-purchase popular styles. These styles are on order but yet to arrive in store.
- Pre-order shipping dates are approximate. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to unforeseen production and delivery delays.
- At the time you place your order, you will be required to pay 100% of the amount of the item plus shipping fees This is to guarantee that you lock in the item before it sells out. When the item is dispatched we will notify you tracking details via email.
If for any reason we cannot fill your order due to an inventory or manufacturing error then we will cancel your order and refund you.
All pre-orders are non-refundable
Returns/ Exchange Policy
In the case that you are unhappy with your goods, the item does not fit or you do not like it, we will gladly offer an exchange or credit note within 10 days.
- We do not refund for incorrect choice.
- Do not remove any labels or swing tags until you are happy with your purchase.
- All SALE purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All return requests must be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of goods being delivered. We will then send you a Return Authorization Number (RA). A copy of the return request must be included with the item and the Return Authorization Number (RA) MUST BE CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE FRONT OF THE PARCEL - item delivery may be refused if this number is not clearly visible
- All returned items must be received back at Pisces within 5 business days of return authorization, unworn with all labels and swing tags still attached.
- Please include a self-addressed next day EXPRESS postbag with your return.
- We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items). Items we exchange for you will be resent at your cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
We recommend that all items are tried on by you on receipt to ensure that you are able, if required, to exchange or return them to us within the required time period.
We understand that delivering what you order, when you want it, is the most important thing we have to do. If something goes wrong – please email us at email@example.com and we will aim to fix the problem.
